Refund Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. Who sells to you
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, issues receipts and handles refunds and taxes on our behalf. Your card statement shows a charge from Paddle.
2. 14-day refund
- If you cancel within 14 days of subscribing to a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund of that first payment, for any reason.
- Renewals, and payments older than 14 days, are not refundable, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
- A refund ends the plan right away: your organization moves to the Free plan and its Free limits apply.
3. Plan changes and cancellations
- Upgrades and downgrades are prorated: Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of the period.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling alone does not refund the current period; in the first 14 days you can ask for a refund too.
4. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. We answer within 2 business days, and Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Abuse
We may refuse refunds where there is evidence of fraud or repeated refund requests to use paid plans for free.
